Felicity is a passionate Paediatric Occupational Therapist dedicated to helping children move from anxiety and dysregulation to calm and thriving.

Growing up, Felicity loved sport and creativity but found school academically challenging. Her early dream was to travel the world and support children in their development, which led her to study childcare and work as a nanny for families in Spain and Australia. These experiences deepened her understanding of children and inspired her to pursue a career supporting them more widely.

At the age of 28, while beginning her Occupational Therapy degree, Felicity was diagnosed with dyslexia and dyscalculia. This moment brought clarity to her own educational struggles and strengthened her determination to help children who find learning and everyday tasks challenging.

Felicity graduated with a First Class Honors degree in Occupational Therapy. Felicity now has over five years of experience as an HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist working with children and families across NHS and private practice.

With additional training in Sensory Integration (Level 1) and the CO-OP approach, Felicity supports children with a wide range of needs including autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and developmental coordination disorder (DCD) otherwise known as dyspraxia. Through a playful, child led assessment, fun therapy recommendations and collaborative goal setting, she helps children build regulation, confidence, and the skills they need to thrive in everyday life, whilst also supporting their wellbeing holistically.

Outside of OT Felicity enjoys a lifestyle of windsurfing, paddle boarding, creating art, yoga, travel and being in nature.
